Monday 17/5 & Wednesday 19/5 (senior& junior)
Time: 6.30pm ( be booted up by 6.15pm)
Attire: sports wear with boots/ shoes
Bring along a water bottle
TO ALL! PLEASE BRING ALONG A FULL SET OF CLOTHES INCLUDING UNDERGARMENT FOR ALL TRAINING.Friday 21/5 fitness training (seniors)
Time: 6.30pm (be booted up by 6.15pm)
Attire: sports wear with boots/shoes
Juniors are welcome to join the seniors for fitness.
Attendance is complusory for all training.

HELLO NYP RUGGERS,
We've received a notice from Mr Guru that we've to clock in our timing for NAPFA as soon as possible.
This applies to both SENIORS and JUNIORS.
And yes, there is a requirement that we have to meet before we can take part in POL-ITE and IVP.
The requirements are as follow:2.4km run :less than 16minute 20secondsInclined pull ups : more than 7For those who do not own a pair of sports shoes, please purchase one ASAP.
The clock-in date is not confirmed for the time being as we have to ensure that everyone has a pair of sports shoes.
SO QUICKLY GET THEM YEAH :D

Below are the training schedules:
Monday & Wednesday- Seniors & Juniors
Friday- Seniors (Fitness training)
Venue: Field
Time: 6.30pm (be booted up by

Attire: proper attire for sports and boots/sports shoes
Bring along a water bottle
If you are down early, please do some passing.
Late or unable to make it for training, please text me(Grace) at 94888703. Remember to state your name and reason.
From now onwards I will not text you the details of training, unless training is cancelled. Otherwise please refer to this blog for more details.
