4. 3 set of 5m up and back pedal
5. sprints
-10 times of 10m
- 8 times of 20m
- 6 times of 30m
- 4 times of 40m
6. Abs (30 seconds)
- crunches
- side crunches
- plank
- shoulder touches
- dips

Juniors, you are welcome to join the seniors on Friday for fitness. But please inform me first.
