Let me add a bit more details from the post earlier on.
Below are the training schedules:
Monday & Wednesday- Seniors & Juniors
Friday- Seniors (Fitness training)
Venue: Field
Time: 6.30pm (be booted up by 6.15pm)
Attire: proper attire for sports and boots/sports shoes
Bring along a water bottle
If you are down early, please do some passing.
Late or unable to make it for training, please text me(Grace) at 94888703. Remember to state your name and reason.
From now onwards I will not text you the details of training, unless training is cancelled. Otherwise please refer to this blog for more details.
