Time: 6.30pm ( be booted up by 6.15pm)
Attire: sports wear with boots/ shoes
Bring along a water bottle
TO ALL! PLEASE BRING ALONG A FULL SET OF CLOTHES INCLUDING UNDERGARMENT FOR ALL TRAINING.
Friday 21/5 fitness training (seniors)
Time: 6.30pm (be booted up by 6.15pm)
Attire: sports wear with boots/shoes
Juniors are welcome to join the seniors for fitness.
Attendance is complusory for all training.
