For the Juniors, I will inform you which team you are playing for on Saturday.
Meeting Time: 8.15am sharp
Where: Turf City ( the entrance where toa payoh shuttle bus alight)
Attire: Black green jersey for seniors and black coloured singlet/ shirt for juniors
What to bring: *$15 for your registeration fee
*Boots / Shoes
*Socks
*A big water bottle with water
Sun block lotion
Cap
Foods (eg. gummy bears, chocolate, buns, biscuit, gatorade, 100 plus.....)
Extra set of clothes (in case is raining, you can change after the event)

Remember to hydrate yourself on friday and have LIGHT breakfast on saturday morning. I strongly advise that you girls change into your attire before you go, as there are only portable and limited toilets there, trust me the smell is "pleasant".
Go through the moves in your head, visualise what you want to do for the match and have an early rest on friday. It doesn't matter if your team win or lose, just do your best and take this as a learning experience. Lastly, have fun and enjoy the game! GO BLAZE!
